Food Law Academic Specialist (Teaching), Michigan State University

Michigan State University is accepting applications for a new position: Food Law Academic Specialist (Teaching).

The Academic Specialist will teach a classroom, undergraduate course in United States food law, develop and teach an online version of the same course, assist with other online food law courses, and provide other initiatives of the Institute for Food Laws and Regulations (IFLR). The position is a full-time, annual year position.
