Allegheny Mountain Institute Executive Director
Allegheny Mountain Institute is seeking a qualified, food and farm savvy leader to fulfill the position of its Executive Director. A commitment to building sustainable food systems and community are key components of the Allegheny Mountain Institute, and an ideal candidate will have, not only an interest in these areas, but the passion and drive to dig deep, leading our organization as it works towards building a healthier food culture in our region. The Executive Director will have overall operational responsibility for Allegheny Mountain Institute’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. A minimum of five years executive experience (preferable in a nonprofit organization) is required, as well as a bachelor’s degree and/or experience in a relevant field.
