Tufts University's Friedman School is looking for a Professor of Practice (no PhD necessary) in Food Policy and Policy Implementation: 

The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy (http://nutrition.tufts.edu) at Tufts University (http://www.tufts.edu/) seeks candidates for a faculty position in the field of food policy and policy implementation for Professor of the Practice (PoP).  Appointments for Professor of the Practice are reserved for individuals whose outstanding expertise and contributions to the Friedman School are derived from the relevant professional experience, such as in government, non-governmental organizations, or business.  Candidates should ordinarily have a doctorate degree. Significant experience as a practitioner in government, advocacy, law, political science, public policy, business, economics, psychology, health sciences, industry or a closely related field is required.  Candidates for this position should have a strong advocacy, policy change, and public impact record in food and nutrition.

The position is designed for a senior experienced high-profile person who does not necessarily have a Ph.D., but who does have useful policy or industry experience to share that would be of interest in research and teaching. The person is slated to be a leader in Friedman School initiatives to have a real-world "public impact."
