Corporate Counsel, Tyson Foods

Tyson’s People Law Group is seeking to add new team members to their growing in-house counsel global employment and labor law practice group. This position is responsible for managing labor and employment law matters and for advising in-house business clients. Candidates must be able to minimize and retire employment and labor law risk in a strategic, yet cost-effective manner. Candidates should be familiar with standard legal concepts practices and procedures. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with other legal staff members and Tyson’s Human Resources team. This position will periodically counsel members of senior management, and the candidate must exhibit the competence and professionalism needed to earn the trust of members of the company’s management team.
