The position provides leadership and guidance to Tyson Fresh Meats Corporate and plants regarding regulatory policy. This includes USDA and FDA policy with focus being food safety, regulatory compliance and export requirement adherence. This position works cross functionally within facilities and across Tyson Foods. Work on additional projects as assigned to include but not limited to research and development, validation, scientific and technical support, internal and external auditing, and training efforts.
