Successful candidates will have 3+ years of FDA regulatory compliance, including product development, product approvals, labeling, inspections, manufacturing, recalls, 483 responses, adverse event management, contract drug manufacturing, quality agreements, life science diligence of acquisitions, experience with DSHEA, Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, and Federal Trade Commission Act, advertising and promotional practices for devices, drugs, dietary supplements, biologics, and cosmetics.

Additional experience in the Tobacco Control Act, State Board of Pharmacy regulations, FDA market denial orders, credit agreements, pharmaceutical IPOs, cannabis licensure, telemedicine based drug delivery, and experience advising in litigation adjacent roles in life sciences a plus.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience servicing clients in the life science and understand the clients in the space through prior work.

Clinical Fellows work under the supervision of the Associate Director of the Food Law and Policy Clinic (FLPC) and with the FLPC Director, staff, and students on a broad range of international, federal, state, and local food policy projects. POSITION DESCRIPTION

The University of California, Davis, School of Law seeks a Director for its Aoki Water Justice Clinic: Small Farmer Assistance Project. Pursuant to a grant from the Water Foundation and funding from the Department of Water Resources, the Clinic will provide technical legal assistance to underrepresented communities related to the implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (“SGMA”). In addition to meeting the pressing needs of these communities, the Clinic will provide valuable training and experience for King Hall law students and help create a pipeline of trained and experienced California water attorneys.
