Counsel is responsible for providing a variety of regulatory, administrative, and governance-related legal services to the organization. Duties include legal research, monitoring litigation dockets of interest to the organization, preparation and review of meeting minutes, contract drafting, review, and management, development and updating of administrative and governance-related policies, preparation and drafting of memos and presentations (oral and written) to organization staff and committees on relevant legal topics.
