Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE), a non-profit law firm with a long history of representing people living in poverty in immigration issues throughout Ohio, seeks an Attorney to represent clients in immigration court, state courts, and administrative proceedings. Our Dayton, Springfield, and Columbus client communities are growing rapidly, and we seek a passionate attorney to join our highly collaborative Agricultural Worker and Immigrant Rights’ practice group. ABLE embraces a hybrid work environment. This position is based in the Dayton office, but the attorney will represent clients living in Dayton, Springfield, and Columbus, so travel to those locations to meet with clients and to courts and USCIS offices is required.
