Assistant Attorney General - Agricultural Legal Services in Vermont!

The Vermont Attorney General's Office has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Unit to work on legal matters for the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets. The Assistant Attorney General will work closely with staff and other attorneys at the Agency to provide legal services to the Agency. 

Duties may include representing the Agency in civil litigation, including enforcement actions; providing advice on grants and contracts; and working on a wide range of issues involving agriculture and related industries, including food safety, water quality, agricultural development, animal and plant health, environmental protection, and more!
