The Office of the Attorney General in Richmond, VA is looking for an attorney to provide assistance to other lawyers in the Environmental Section, including advising and representing state natural resources agencies and may split duties working with the Environmental Section's Animal Law Unit, which prosecutes alleged violators of the Commonwealth's animal laws. The hired attorney will also research and draft pleasings for civil, criminal, and appellate courts and will appear in court.
