The Senior Corporate Counsel plays a key role on the company's Legal TEAm with primary responsibility for the Risk & Regulatory subfunction, including risk management and mitigation, regulatory compliance and legislative/regulatory affairs, and secondary responsibility for other legal subfunctions such as business transactions and governance. Serving as a strategic business partner, Senior Corporate Counsel will lead the incorporation of risk assessment, mitigation and response throughout the company and serve as an active partner in external business policy development to advance the company's goals and objectives, as well as to help build processes, templates, and other mechanisms in support of growth and operational excellence.
