General Mills is currently hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Food Regulation. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic legal advice regarding food laws and regulation in support of the company’s business objectives, including applying expert legal analysis to ensure compliance with global food laws and regulations, engagement with policy makers to shape food laws and regulations, and develop strategic plans to advance the company’s regulatory compliance programs. This role will be based in Washington, D.C., driving engagement with U.S. federal regulatory authorities and coordination on food policy issues, in partnership with our government affairs team.
