Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking an associate to join its Business & Tax group, with a focus on the firm’s nationally-recognized restaurant and food & beverage industry practices. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and other business transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law. Finance experience, including private securities offerings, or franchise experience is desirable. Candidates should have strong substantive skills, a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others, and an interest in working with exceptional restaurant and food & beverage clients. Practical work experience in the industry a plus.
