Blue Apron is seeking a bright, energetic, business-minded and self-motivated attorney with 5-7 years of proven experience in food regulatory and compliance matters, product claim substantiation analysis for labels, advertising and other promotional materials, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, gained at a leading law firm and in-house (ideally at a food manufacturer or similar CPG company with an ecommerce presence) to join its growing Legal team; IP experience a plus. In this position, the successful candidate will interface with members of the company’s executive and business teams to manage the company’s regulatory affairs and assist in the execution of a broad range of compliance, marketing and commercial initiatives.
This position reports directly to the General Counsel and Secretary and is based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Soho.
