This position is in the Office of Public Affairs and Consumer Education (OPACE), Food Safety Education Staff (FSES). The Staff's primary mission is to educate the public about safe food handling practices to help reduce the rates of foodborne illness nationally. FSES also effectively communicates with the public, media, stakeholders, other Government agencies, internal audiences, and others about FSIS programs and activities. FSES operates the Meat and Poultry Hotline.
