Attorney, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, is seeking a highly qualified attorney with three or more years of consumer regulatory and litigation experience to join our consumer protection team as a staff litigation attorney.

Manatt’s consumer protection team advises and represents clients from every industry sector, from e-commerce and technology to financial services, health care, retail, food, and consumer products and services. We work collaboratively across offices and industry sectors to provide an integrated and cohesive approach that covers all of the law’s implications and ramifications, from ensuring compliance to fending off or defeating class actions and handling insurance coverage issues.

Requirements

Three or more years of solid consumer litigation experience

Solid academic credentials

Strong writing, research and advocacy skills

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Bar membership in good standing
