The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is seeking a Regulatory Specialist in our Division of Agricultural Resource Management to work within the Industrial Hemp Program to lead efforts in developing policies and procedures for monitoring compliance and enforcing the regulations in addition to providing technical support with hemp licensure.
This position develops compliance and enforcement policies and procedures; coordinates regulatory and investigatory activities; and provides direction on investigations. This position also provides oversight and technical support for processing and issuance of licenses.
