Duties:

  • Caribou is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Legal team. 
  • The candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and committed to working as a team player.  
  • The candidate must have the ability to negotiate, draft, and drive to conclusion licensing agreements (both in- and out-licenses), services agreements, clinical trial agreements, and the like, with a strong attention to detail, and always striving to produce quality work in a timely manner. 
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, especially business development and management, as well as with external attorneys and business people.  This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
Requirements:

  •  A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the areas of transactional law with prior in-house biotech/pharma experience preferred.
