  • Robison, Curphey & O’Connell, LLC (“RCO Law”) is seeking to fill two vacant positions to support its growing Southeastern Michigan practice, at both the mid-level partner and associate levels. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Michigan, and should have superlative academic credentials with strong written and verbal communication skills. Relevant experience is sought across a breadth of general civil practice skills with emphasis on real estate, business, and estate planning matters.  The ideal candidates will have strong ties to Monroe or Lenawee County.
Requirements:

  • Candidates for the partner position should have at least seven years of relevant legal experience and a partial book of business. Candidates for the associate position should have at least two years of general civil practice experience, with estate planning, real estate and commercial transactional experience preferred. Agricultural or litigation experience is preferred, but not required.
