Requirements: 

  • The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience. 
  • Should preferably have a strong interest in litigation, environmental, product compliance, land use and/or energy law. 
  • Excellent academic credentials are required. 
  • Top law school or environmental law program and law review experience preferred. 
  • Should have substantive experience with any of the following statutes or federal agencies: FIFRA, NEPA, CEQA, ESA, CESA, BGEPA, MBTA, FLPMA, CWA, SDWA, CAA, TSCA, CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, California's Proposition 65, California planning and zoning laws, and laws administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the US Department of Agriculture, the Federal Energy Commission or the US Department of the Interior.
