Our client is seeking an associate who has a minimum four years of experience in the area of commercial finance to join their practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate should also have a background in ranching and/or farming and knowledge of agriculture law. Experience should also include documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated lending transactions, particularly secured loans.
