The Manager of Property Administration coordinates and processes various technical, legal and corporate record aspects of the operations of Soterra LLC. Activities will include, but are not limited to, organizing, facilitating, coordinating and overseeing real estate transactions, easements, lawsuits, mineral activities, liability issues, contract review, regulatory compliance and land records at all levels, including District, Region and the Company as a whole.
