Iowa - Office of the Attorney General Hiring for Farm and Freedom Division

The Farm & Freedom Division of the Office of the Attorney General in Iowa is searching for an Assistant Attorney. The Farm & Freedom Division generally handles the Office of the Attorney General's highest-profile and most complex civil litigation. That includes defending State laws and rules, suing the federal government to keep it within its constitutional and statutory limits, and protecting the public by representing the State and its officers in major civil litigation.
