Description:
- Advise senior management on legal issues stemming from transaction, litigation and financing matters.
- Provide, in a timely fashion, advice to members of the business on various business issues.
- Advise with regulatory, compliance, licensing and policy issues.
- Advise with drafting and negotiating contracts and other commercial documents.
- Partner with employees in product development, supply chain, supplier relations, marketing and digital to successfully drive the initiatives they are championing.
- Manage legal costs of external legal services.
- Give strategic legal advice to business partners and management.
- Travel within North America and occasionally abroad for meetings and other work-related activities.
- Participate in and lead other legal work.
