- Olam US is looking for an attorney with 3+ years of commercial contracts drafting and negotiating experience, to play a key role in a fairly new legal department in an extremely dynamic and ever-growing organization. This position will report to the Vice President of Legal (HQ/Fresno, California) and will manage and drive strategic initiatives of the commercial contracts in the U.S. and abroad while ensuring legality of processes and procedures.
- The ideal candidate should be positive, energetic, and eager to learn about the company, industry and the regulatory environment. Furthermore, he/she should be a gifted lawyer, who understands business issues, as well as legal ones, and is looking to make significant contributions to the development of Olam's U.S. Legal group.
