Attorney, Agricultural Labor Relations Board, State of California, located in Tulare, CA. Under general supervision of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) General Counsel and under the direct supervision of the Regional Director, the incumbent will prosecute violations of the Agricultural Labor Relations Act. This position is heavily concentrated around legal research and writing in support of prosecuting unfair labor practices; interviewing parties and witnesses concerning alleged unfair labor practices at their work sites or homes.
