Food + Beverage Litigation Associate - Mid-Level - Portland, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP







Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience to join its commercial litigation group in DWT’s Portland office. This position will include working closely with DWT’s Food and Beverage industry group. We are seeking a highly capable, driven lawyer with the desire to practice with and enhance an entrepreneurial team. We are looking for candidates with litigation experience, including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and arguing motions. Candidates must have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Clerkship and court experience is a plus.
