Join the Energy Legal Team within Walmart US as a Senior Counsel. In this role, you will partner with the business to lead negotiations, drafting and critical review of a variety of commercial legal agreements for projects and deals that support Walmart’s energy use in regulated and deregulated markets and help the company meet its renewable energy goals, including Power Purchase Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Engineering, Procurement & Construction Agreements, Electric Vehicle Charging Station License and Lease agreements, Capital Lease Agreements, Demand Response Agreements, and agreements related to Walmart’s role as tax equity investor or as a partner in the joint development of renewable projects. In fulfilling your duties, you will partner cross-functionally with key business and legal stakeholders within the company and manage outside counsel and consultants.
