The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee and execute its political engagement and PAC fundraising efforts. This role is responsible for driving growth in IDFA’s PAC, leading high-impact advocacy initiatives, and strengthening member engagement with policymakers. The Director will play a central role in advancing IDFA’s federal priorities by delivering best-in-class fundraising programs and executing high-visibility fly-ins, fly-outs, and political events that connect industry leaders with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading and executing IDFA’s PAC strategy, with accountability for fundraising growth, donor engagement, and compliance, developing and implementing targeted fundraising campaigns and events, including major donor cultivation and member activation strategies that are FEC-compliant, and ensuring full compliance with all PAC regulations, reporting, and governance requirements.
Candidates should have 7-10+ years of experience in PAC management, political fundraising, or government affairs and a proven ability to drive fundraising results and execute complex, high-profile initiatives. A bachelor's degree required.
