Ag Resource Management (ARM) - Corporate Counsel (Remote)

Ag Resource Management (ARM), a technology-driven agricultural finance company, is seeking an attorney to join its in-house legal team. This role offers broad exposure to commercial finance and corporate legal work, including debt and equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, collections and litigation management, and marketing review.
The successful candidate will work closely with business teams across the organization, support lending and financial services compliance initiatives, manage outside counsel, negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, and assist with board and governance matters. Experience with secured transactions, financial services regulation, corporate transactions, or litigation is preferred.
Candidates should have a J.D., active bar membership, and 2–5 years of relevant legal experience in private practice, financial services, or an in-house legal department. Interest in agriculture or specialty finance is a plus. This position may be particularly attractive to attorneys interested in developing a well-rounded in-house practice at the intersection of agriculture, specialty finance, and financial services. ARM offers competitive compensation and benefits, including 401(k) matching and paid time off.
