FDA Regulatory attorneys , Beacon Hill, Multiple Locations

A top AmLaw firm is seeking experienced FDA Regulatory attorneys to join its prestigious, Chambers-ranked Regulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience with the following:

Advising on FDA regulatory and compliance issues

Counseling clients on food/cosmetic/drug manufacturing/medical device regulatory matters

Cross-practice FDA guidance

Manufacturing practice and enforcement counseling

FDA audit response

In addition to FDA regulations, experience with False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Act, federal health regulations

Prior experience working at the FDA is a plus. Candidates should be admitted to practice law, or be eligible to become admitted, in the District of Columbia.

This position can sit in multiple of the firm's offices. Preferred locations are DC or Atlanta. Compensation is market dependent and highly competitive.
