Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a litigator to be responsible for managing disputes, advising business stakeholders, and representing the company in litigation and administrative proceedings. This role operates both independently and under supervision, partnering closely with internal teams and outside counsel to drive effective and efficient legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities broadly include litigation management, business advisory and risk management, case and outside counsel oversight, operational excellence, and collaboration and engagement with internal legal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar membership, a minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience (law firm or in-house), and experience with California-specific litigation.
