ADM is seeking a senior counsel to manage litigation and disputes for the company, focusing on insured litigation including general liability, premises liability, mass tort, and other personal injury and property damage matters.
Responsibilities include overseeing a significant litigation docket of active cases, handling disputes in a proactive manner, selecting and managing outside counsel efficiently, reporting on litigation risk and reserves as part of the company's financial disclosure process, and acting as a partner within the litigation and regulatory law team to further litigation best practices.
Candidates should be Illinois licensed attorneys with at least five years of litigation experience, familiarity with insurance coverage for claims, including reserving and reporting requirements, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pasted and dynamic environment.
