Jack Link’s is currently searching for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In this role, you will ensure that product labels meet all federal regulatory requirements. You will manage nutrition facts, ingredient declarations, allergen information, claims, and other compliance-critical details. You will coordinate across teams—R&D, marketing, quality, legal—to interpret regulations and apply them correctly. You will review final labels and marketing materials before package production. You will file regulatory submissions when required and handle governmental interactions for approval.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, food technology or related field. You need at least 6 years of experience in food regulatory and labeling work. You should know USDA and FDA labeling laws, understand nutrient composition, and have experience with PLM or nutritional-labeling software. You must be precise, organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and able to communicate regulatory requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Base salary range is $89,000 to $123,000 per year. Eligible employees also receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and other benefits.
