Hain Celestial — Sr. Associate, Regulatory Affairs

Hain Celestial is seeking a Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs to support compliance across its food and dietary supplement product portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring that products, labels, and marketing claims meet regulatory requirements across domestic and international markets while supporting product development and commercialization.

Responsibilities include reviewing and approving labels, packaging, and marketing materials for compliance with FDA, USDA, FTC, and international regulations, managing regulatory submissions and certifications, and supporting audits and inspections. The role also involves partnering with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining compliance systems, and advising on ingredient and product approvals.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and 3–5 years of regulatory affairs experience in food, beverage, or dietary supplements. Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks and food labeling requirements is required, along with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical guidance. Experience with international regulations and certifications is preferred.

Salary range: $70,000 to $92,500.
