Wild Farm Alliance is seeking a Co-Director to join the organization during a leadership transition and help guide its next phase of growth. This role operates within a shared leadership model, partnering with an existing Co-Director to oversee strategy, programs, fundraising, and organizational operations while advancing the organization’s mission to integrate agriculture with biodiversity and ecological health.
Responsibilities include co-leading strategic planning, managing programs and partnerships, overseeing fundraising and communications, and ensuring strong organizational and financial management. The role also involves working closely with farmers, conservation partners, and agencies, while supporting staff development and maintaining alignment with the organization’s mission and values. The Co-Director will help expand WFA’s impact across initiatives focused on habitat restoration, biodiversity, and resilient agricultural systems.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of leadership experience in a mission-driven organization, with a background in agriculture, conservation, or related fields preferred. Strong experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership is required, along with the ability to manage teams and build partnerships across sectors. Familiarity with California’s agricultural and conservation landscape is preferred.
Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000.
