Tyson Foods is seeking a Manager Labeling & Regulatory Compliance to lead a team of analysts supporting regulatory affairs and product data management across the enterprise. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with USDA and FDA requirements while supporting product innovation, packaging development, and speed to market across a large and complex product portfolio.
Responsibilities include leading regulatory and data analysts, providing guidance on current and emerging regulatory requirements, supporting packaging claims and label compliance, and partnering with marketing, R&D, FSQA, operations, and innovation teams. The role also involves overseeing product data systems, protecting proprietary information, resolving critical compliance issues, and supporting new packaging platforms and product launches across numerous facilities and product codes.
Candidates should have experience with USDA and FDA regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience in food manufacturing, regulatory compliance, or data systems.
