Ocean Spray — Attorney (Lakeville, MA)

Ocean Spray is seeking an Attorney to provide legal counsel across a wide range of matters for its farmer-owned cooperative and global consumer packaged goods business. This hybrid role supports business operations through strategic legal advice involving contracts, litigation, compliance, intellectual property, and risk management.

Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising cross-functional teams on business initiatives, supporting litigation involving product claims, class actions, employment matters, and commercial disputes, and counseling teams across food safety, R&D, supply chain, procurement, technology, and grower relations. The role also involves assisting with patent development, prosecution, and broader intellectual property strategy.

Candidates should hold a J.D. and have at least 3 years of legal experience. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment. Experience supporting consumer products, food companies, or agricultural organizations is preferred.

Salary range: $116,300 to $159,940.
