The Aspen Institute is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director of its Energy and Environment Program. This role supports program strategy, execution, and internal alignment across a growing portfolio focused on energy, environment, and climate solutions.
You will help translate strategy into action by managing priorities, tracking progress, coordinating across teams, and supporting leadership decision making. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate across strategy and execution in a fast paced, mission driven environment.
This is an on site role based in Washington, DC with frequent travel. Ideal candidates bring 10 plus years of relevant experience and strong operational, communication, and leadership skills. Salary is $145,000 to $155,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
