CAVA – Director, Senior Corporate Counsel, Food, Sustainability and Marketing

CAVA seeks a Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to support its fast growing Mediterranean restaurant brand across food innovation, sustainability, marketing, and supply chain operations. Reporting to the VP and Senior Associate Chief Legal Officer, this role serves as a key legal partner to culinary, food safety, sustainability, marketing, operations, and CPG teams.

You will advise on food and menu related regulations, review and negotiate supplier and packaging agreements, manage cross functional compliance projects, and review marketing and claims across all channels. The role blends regulatory analysis, contract drafting, and strategic counseling in a high growth, mission driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold a JD with an active U.S. license and bring 7 or more years of law firm or in house experience, with exposure to food law, sustainability, nutrition, marketing, or supply chain issues.
