CAB Enterprises – Regulatory Affairs Manager (Houston, TX)

CAB Enterprises is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Electrolit, a premium hydration beverage backed by Grupo Pisa, a leading pharmaceutical company with more than 80 years of experience. Electrolit combines pharmaceutical grade ingredients, scientific formulation, and modern manufacturing to support hydration and wellness.

CAB seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory strategy and compliance for Electrolit products across the United States, Canada, and select EU markets. You will manage labeling, advertising, documentation, and regulatory submissions while serving as the primary contact with regulatory authorities. You will support product development, market entry, and continuous improvement while identifying regulatory risks and opportunities.

You will oversee compliance with FDA, Health Canada, CFIA, EFSA, GRAS, COFEPRIS, and related standards. You will lead audit readiness, review labels and claims, advise leadership on regulatory implications, and collaborate with global regulatory teams and legal counsel. You will build regulatory systems, train internal teams, monitor compliance metrics, and support international launches.

Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in law, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical biological sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. You need at least seven years of regulatory experience in the food industry, strong knowledge of FDA and CFIA requirements, experience with LACF regulations, and proven regulatory agency interaction. Advanced Spanish is required. Quarterly travel is expected.
