Rosasco Law Group seeks an Associate Attorney with zero to three years of experience. You will support labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, class actions, and PAGA cases. You will assist with litigation strategy, drafting, discovery, and court appearances while building skills under experienced attorneys. Civil litigation experience and a strong desire to learn are valued.
You should bring solid writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and interest in employment law. This is a full time, in person role. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Rocklin office. Offices are dog friendly.
Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $160,000 per year.
