Rosasco Law Group seeks a Senior Attorney to manage a busy labor and employment caseload. You will independently handle matters from early strategy through resolution and represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation. The role requires substantial experience with class action and PAGA litigation. You will also mentor junior attorneys and contribute to shaping case strategy and client outcomes.
You must have at least three years of labor and employment law experience, including meaningful trial or arbitration exposure. Strong writing, communication, and judgment are required. This is an in person role and you must live within commuting distance of the Rocklin office. The office is dog friendly.
Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $250,000 per year.
