JBS USA – Government Relations Policy Analyst (Washington, DC)

JBS USA seeks a Government Relations Policy Analyst to support its Washington, DC government affairs team focused on the meat and protein sector. This role supports advocacy and policy engagement on issues including climate and sustainability, trade, rural economic development, and federal regulatory activity.

In this role, you will track and analyze legislation and regulations, prepare policy briefs and presentations, attend meetings with congressional offices, administration officials, and trade associations, and monitor media and hearings relevant to JBS and Pilgrim’s. You will support research projects, assist with stakeholder outreach, and help manage day to day operations for a growing government relations team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and bring one to two years of relevant experience, with strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills. You should work well independently, manage multiple priorities, and show interest in federal policy and food system issues.

This is a full time, on site position based in Washington, DC. Salary ranges from $67,000 to $82,000 annually.
