Based in Wyoming, Michigan, this role serves as a corporate and commercial generalist, providing practical legal guidance across a wide range of business functions in a fast paced food service environment.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts covering sales, credit, procurement, equipment leasing, staffing, confidentiality, and related matters. You will advise internal teams on regulatory developments, support compliance efforts, strengthen contract lifecycle management processes, and help maintain contract templates and playbooks.
