You will lead Code of Conduct investigations, conduct root cause analyses, develop remediation plans, and brief senior leadership and the Board. You will partner with Legal, Labor Relations, and Employee Relations to improve investigation processes, ensure consistent discipline practices, and strengthen compliance programs. The role also includes managing compliance professionals and monitoring regulatory developments.
Candidates must hold a JD, be licensed to practice law, and have at least five years of legal and compliance investigations experience. Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional credential is required.
