Post Holdings, a Fortune 500 food company with a broad portfolio of household brands, seeks a senior food regulatory attorney to lead enterprise-wide regulatory strategy and compliance. This role provides legal leadership across FDA, USDA, state, and international food law matters, supporting product innovation, marketing, manufacturing, and corporate growth.
You will advise on product formulations, GRAS and ingredient issues, labeling and claims, advertising review, enforcement actions, and recalls. The role partners closely with R&D, food safety, operations, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver practical, risk-focused legal guidance. You will also support M&A activity and commercial agreements from a food law perspective, while keeping leadership informed of regulatory developments.
Candidates should hold a JD, be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and bring 5 to 7 years of food or dietary supplement regulatory experience. A food science or life sciences background is preferred.
This is a hybrid role with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday. Salary range is $149,156 to $244,616 per year.
