A food processing company is seeking a Senior Counsel, Agriculture through ElevateFlex for a six-month, fully remote contract, with potential for extension. This role supports Nutrition businesses spanning human nutrition, health and wellness, pet solutions, and animal feed.
You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, manage confidentiality agreements and MCAs, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, responsiveness to business needs, and comfort following and improving commercial contract playbooks. Experience in the food, animal, or pet industry is a plus.
Candidates must hold a JD, be licensed in any U.S. state, and have at least five years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills.
This is a W-2 contract role, fully remote within the U.S., paying $70–85 per hour.
