This role sits within the Global Legal Department and partners closely with technology, operations, and corporate teams to enable compliant, efficient, and innovative growth.

You will advise internal stakeholders on legal risks related to supplier management, information security, governance, and technology implementation. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as technology, vendor, and service contracts, and developing contract strategies aligned with business priorities and risk tolerance.
