Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Colgate-Palmolive – Manager, Regulatory Affairs (Mexico City, Mexico – Hybrid)

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead regional compliance and market access for Hill’s Pet Nutrition across Latin America. This role guides product registrations, regulatory strategy, and cross-border compliance while helping bring pet nutrition products to market efficiently and in line with regional requirements.

You will oversee the full registration lifecycle, partner with Marketing and R&D on compliant product claims, and manage plant approvals, ingredient compliance, and import and export protocols. The role also represents the company before government agencies and industry associations, influences regulatory policy, and leads process improvements to strengthen internal systems and reduce risk.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or policy field, at least five years of professional experience including three in regulatory affairs, and experience working with regulatory bodies or trade associations. Strong English proficiency is required. A master’s degree, regional regulatory expertise, and leadership experience are preferred.
